Summer ending doesn’t mean we stop enjoying the outdoors. We just trade lake days for sweatshirts, c***r, changing leaves, and cooler evenings.

Because loving where you live is about more than the house itself. It’s the community, the traditions, and all those little things waiting right outside your front door.

The most expensive sentence in real estate might be:

“We can always reduce it later.”

Because later, you’re not launching anymore. You’re explaining.

Explaining why the house is still available.
Explaining the price drop.
Explaining why buyers should suddenly care now when they didn’t at the original number.

That first stretch on the market is leverage. Waste it chasing a fantasy price and you may spend the rest of the listing trying to earn that leverage back.

I’m not interested in winning your listing by telling you what you want to hear. I’m interested in getting you where you actually want to go.

If that means I’m the one who says, “No, I don’t think the market will support that number,” good.

I’d rather be slightly uncomfortable at your kitchen table than very uncomfortable discussing another price reduction six weeks later.
