At the beginning of this year, I set a goal to have at least one $1 million-plus sale. This week, it happened. Mike and I closed our biggest sale ever, and I am very excited and incredibly grateful. 🤍

16128 Silvercrest Drive officially sold for $1.9 million, achieving the highest price per square foot on beautiful Silver Lake in Fenton.

One of the things we love most about real estate is helping people at every price point and through so many different stages of life. It has been especially fun to help so many first-time homebuyers this year—and also really special to help our good friends sell this extraordinary lakefront home.

Our sellers designed, built and decorated this house, putting so much thought and care into every detail. It truly showed, and we were grateful they trusted us to represent something they created and loved.

They are ready for their next chapter, and we are so happy for them. The new buyers are thrilled and grateful to make this beautiful home their own, and we couldn’t be happier for them either.

As exciting as the numbers and reaching this goal are, the best part is still helping people move forward into whatever comes next.

🏡 First-time homeowner alert!

So happy for Travis, who closed on his very first home today! 🎉

It was such a pleasure helping him through the process — and so nice to finally meet his girlfriend Jaimie and her mom, Tina, today too.

Mike and I truly love helping first-time homebuyers navigate the process of buying their first home. There’s something extra special about being part of such a big milestone.

And we’re especially grateful to our neighbors and friends — Travis’s dad and stepmom, Todd and Chie’ — for trusting us enough to refer Travis to us. 🤍

We’re always grateful when someone sends a friend or family member our way, but there’s something particularly meaningful about being trusted to help their kids buy their first home.

This beauty is officially PENDING! 🎉

Our clients and friends are now packing and getting this gorgeous Craftsman home they designed and custom built on Silver Lake in Fenton ready for its new owners.

They had been slowly transitioning into their next chapter for a while. Once they decided they were ready to fully make the move, they called us, and from there, it was a bit of a whirlwind!

They had the house ready for us to have it photographed, and filmed in less than two weeks. Because we were already getting quite a bit of interest, we ended up going live earlier than planned. The first buyers who saw it wrote an offer, and we were under contract within two days. We also had another buyer submit a backup offer.

Now that we’re through the contingencies, it’s officially pending! Our sellers can focus on packing and getting settled in the new home we helped them purchase.

So happy for them and grateful we’ve been able to help with this next chapter.

Six referrals lately. 🤍

Mike and I were talking about this the other day, and when we actually stopped to count, we realized that six people have reached out recently because a past client, friend, or someone in our circle said, “You should call Angelle and Mike.”

That means a lot to us.

There are a lot of ways to build a real estate business, but this will always be our favorite—people connecting us with people they care about.

We love helping people figure out what makes sense for their next move. Buying a first home, selling a longtime home, investing, downsizing, moving up, or sometimes just having a conversation about the possibilities.

So to everyone who has shared our names, sent our number, made an introduction, or tagged us in a post lately… thank you. We don’t take that trust lightly. 🤍

And apparently our new marketing strategy is just hanging around on other people’s front porches because who doesn’t love an awesome porch?! 😂🏡
