I can

provide you with expert real estate services at any stage of your military career. It would be an honor to assist in finding your next or forever home. CDPEs can provide solutions, specifically short sales, for homeowners facing market hardships. Homeowners regularly proceed without guidance of any kind through the often financially and emotionally devastating prospect of foreclosure. Speaking with a well-informed, licensed real estate professional is the best course of action for a homeowner in distress. Through comprehensive training and experience, CDPEs have the tools to help homeowners find the best solutions for their unique situations and to avoid foreclosure through the efficient ex*****on of a short sale. Living through financial difficulties poses a challenge for any family, so why make the process of finding a qualified real estate professional difficult too? Select an agent with the CDPE designation to ensure you have a trained professional to address your specific needs. CDPEs don’t merely assist in selling properties, they serve and save their clients in need.

August was a good reminder that real estate is never just one person doing one thing well.

Our Tru Living Group team closed nearly $5 million, has more than $12 million pending, and helped 11 families make their next move. I’m proud to have contributed another $203K closed and $152K pending of my own.

Those numbers matter because they reflect a team that knows how to keep deals moving, solve problems when they come up, communicate, and get clients across the finish line.

I’m very lucky to work alongside people who take this business seriously and take care of their clients the right way.

One of my favorite things about homeownership?

While you're living your life, making dinner, watching Netflix, sleeping in on Sunday... you're also paying down an asset you own.

Equity doesn't happen overnight, and home values can move up and down. But over time, every principal payment can increase your ownership stake, and appreciation may add to it too.

That's why I don't just want my buyers focused on finding a house they like.

I want them thinking about the bigger picture: what they're buying, what they're paying, how long they plan to stay, and whether the move makes sense for the life they're building.

A house should work for you today AND have a place in your longer-term plan.

Coming soon in Almont 👀

This is the kind of property that gives you room to breathe without handing you a mile-long project list.

You’ve got 2 acres, mature trees, privacy, and a brick ranch where the major updates have already been handled. That means you can focus on making it yours instead of immediately budgeting for all the expensive stuff nobody gets excited about.

If you’ve been looking for more space, more privacy, and a home that’s already had the big-ticket work done, keep an eye on this one.

Message me if you want the details before it officially hits the market.

Selling one home while building the next? That’s a lot of moving pieces, and having a strategy for BOTH makes all the difference. 🏡🔑

For me, it’s never just about getting one transaction to the closing table. It’s about understanding where you’re headed next and making sure each decision supports the bigger picture.

JP, thank you for trusting me through the sale of your home AND the process of building your new one. I’m so glad you felt confident, informed, and supported along the way. 🧡

If your next move involves buying, selling, building, or a little bit of everything, I’d love to help you put the pieces together.

Getting your house listed is easy.

Getting the right buyers to care about it is the job.

When I take a listing, I’m thinking beyond the people already driving around your neighborhood. I’m thinking about the buyer relocating for work, moving closer to family, coming back to Michigan, or discovering your area for the first time.

They don’t already know why your location is great.

They don’t know which details of your home matter most.

And they may never walk through the front door unless the marketing gives them a reason to.

That’s why I don’t believe in simply putting a home online and waiting.

I want to know who we’re trying to reach, what’s going to make them stop, and how we make your home stand out when they have a screen full of other choices.

If you’re thinking about selling, hire someone who has a plan for getting your home in front of the right buyers, not just getting it listed.

Let’s talk about how I’d market yours.

Not every home sale comes at an easy time, and not every transaction is straightforward. That’s exactly when having the right person in your corner matters most. 🏡🧡

My job isn’t to pressure you or make decisions for you. It’s to listen, be honest about what’s happening, work around real life, and help make a complicated process feel a little more manageable.

I’m incredibly grateful for this review and for the trust that was placed in me throughout the process. Hearing that my client felt respected, supported, and would choose to work with me again means everything.

If selling your home feels complicated right now, we can start with a conversation and figure out the next step together.

There’s something very satisfying about realizing the answer is no longer, “Let me check with the landlord.”

Paint it. Change it. Rip it out. Make it weird. Make it yours.

Homeownership isn’t just about having an address with your name on it. It’s having the freedom to create a space that actually feels like you — while putting money into something you own.

And yes, if you want the pink living room, I fully support the pink living room.

Getting your home ready to sell isn't about making it look like nobody lives there.

It's about making it easier for a buyer to picture themselves living there.

That means the overflowing kitchen counter matters. The scuffed wall you've stopped noticing matters. The closet packed to the ceiling matters. The burned-out lightbulb, dog smell, pile of shoes by the door and weeds around the front porch all become part of a buyer's first impression.

And buyers don't look at those things one at a time. They add them up.

A home that feels clean, open and well cared for gives buyers fewer distractions and fewer reasons to wonder what else hasn't been maintained.

You don't need to renovate the entire house before you sell. You do need to know which projects are worth your time, which ones aren't, and what buyers in your market are going to notice first.

That's a conversation I like having before the sign goes in the yard.

Another one officially under contract in Lincoln Park! 🏡🎉

There’s a lot that happens between “we found the one” and getting those keys, and having a solid strategy from the start makes a difference. Excited to see this one moving forward and one step closer to closing day!
