Not all seller’s markets feel the same anymore.
In Brighton, things are calming down a little. More listings are giving buyers additional choices, while prices continue hovering near the same range as recent weeks.
Hudson, however, remains highly competitive. Low inventory and strong demand are continuing to fuel price growth and fast-moving activity.
Keenesburg is somewhere in the middle. The market still favors sellers overall, but demand has softened enough that future price changes will be worth watching closely.
Markets evolve quietly before big shifts happen, and we may be seeing the early signs of that now.
