A Very Big Welcome to our newest addition to Avera Realty: Kelsey Pronick 🤩
Not only one of THE NICEST people you will meet, Kelsey is a true asset to what we are building at Avera with the unique (and much needed!) services she offers. 📐Licensed as a realtor for 11 years and recently relocating back to Livingston County after living in North Carolina, Kelsey is the Michigan Regional Manager of Measure America- the first Michigan Branch! 🙌🏻She offers measurement services to Realtors and homeowners for a variety of reasons, but most importantly, to provide accurate square footage of the home when listed, ensuring both the Seller and the Listing Agent are protected from any recourse from inaccurate measurements. Appraisal issues, questionable value or post closing problems can all result from incorrect data on a listing and increase liability. 🤦♀️
