Job Description
GENERAL DUTIES:
To lease apartments, while achieving the highest effective rent levels possible and
maintaining a strong customer service/satisfaction philosophy.
WORK HOURS:
Tuesday - Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Saturday - 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Acquire and implement excellent sales skills to achieve maximum occupancy
and rent levels.
Contribute ideas relative to successful marketing and sales strategies.
Develop and maintain thorough product and market knowledge.
Complete in a timely and accurate manner all lease documents.
Establish a comprehensive working knowledge of all documents.
Follow established policy and procedures relative to the processing of applications.
Maintain a high level of customer service satisfaction.
Timely responses to resident issues with follow through to supervisor to insure satisfaction.
Inspection of show apartments daily and prior to move in to insure compliance with market-ready and occupancy standards.
Effectively maintain an aggressive lease renewal program with optimum increases and overall conversion ratio, as directed by the Community Manager.
Comply with all Fair Housing Laws.
Responsible for Liability and Loss Prevention on community.
Remain current with all training courses.
Help in maintaining curb appeal and cleanliness of entire property.
Other duties as may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
High School Graduate
NALP Designation desired
Experience:
Previous Leasing or Sales Experience

Professional Image
Proficient sales skills
Ability to successfully interact with people
Good organizational skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in computer
Strong customer service/satisfaction philosophy
Marketing and sales background
Miscellaneous Requirements:
Valid driver's license
Provide and maintain valid auto insurance
Must be physically able to show any and all apartments
Private phone in working order
Reliable Transportation
