Final walkthrough today! My buyer had a home sale contingency contract on this home. We got their home under contract and get to close ahead of schedule! 🎉👏

9️⃣ properties under contract… and 8️⃣ of those happened in just the last 10 days 🤯🏡✨

It’s been an absolute whirlwind, and I’m beyond grateful for the BEST clients who continue to trust me through every step of the process ❤️🙌

Now if you’ll excuse me while I go 📞 schedule inspections, 🔍 negotiate repairs, 🤝 talk to lenders & title companies, and make sure we get all of these homes to the closing table 🏁🔑

Busy season is HERE and I couldn’t be more thankful!
