Get ready for a delicious week! We have not one, but two fantastic food trucks stopping by Island Road this week!

"Hi everyone! My name is Cheyenne, and I’m the Property Manager for The Villas at Island Road and Stafford Street Village. I’ve been with UDC for a little over two years, and I truly enjoy helping create a welcoming community that our residents are proud to call home.

When I’m not at work, I love spending time with my family, hanging out with my two dogs, Remi and Hank, and searching for antiques and vintage treasures. I enjoy finding unique pieces with history and giving them a new life!

I love getting to know each of you and being a part of this wonderful community. Whether you have a question, need assistance, or just want to stop by and say hello, my door is always open. I look forward to seeing you around the property!"

Pool season is officially here! ☀️🏊‍♂️

Our community pool is now open for residents and their accompanied guests to enjoy. As you head out for some fun in the sun, please help us keep the pool area safe and enjoyable for everyone:

• Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult
• No food, alcohol, glassware, or animals permitted in the pool area
• No running or diving
• First aid kits are available in the clubhouse
• Adults should avoid swimming alone

Additional pool rules are posted inside the pool area. We can’t wait to see everyone enjoying the season safely! 🌊
