Congratulations to my buyers on the purchase of their new home and the sale of their first home! 🔑
A few years ago, they purchased their first home—a home where they welcomed their first baby, adopted two dogs, built the foundation of their family, and, at the same time, built equity that helped make this next chapter possible.
With baby number two on the way, they knew it was time for more space. We toured quite a few homes before finding this beautiful home in Coventry, just steps from Briar Point Beach on Tiogue Lake. At the same time, we accepted a great offer on their first home from a wonderful and incredibly grateful family who had been searching for a home of their own for more than five years. They’re first-time homebuyers who are hoping to grow their family there, which made handing over this special home feel a little more meaningful.
There’s something pretty incredible about watching one home serve its purpose for one family and then become the beginning of another family’s story. ❤️
