👋🏠Meet your Property Manager:

"My name is Brandon Derrick, and I’ve had the privilege of serving as the Property Manager here at The Villas at Lavinder Lane since November 2025.

My journey in property management began in January 2025 as an Assistant Property Manager at The Villas at Island Road and Stafford Street Village in Bristol, Tennessee. Since stepping into my current role, the past seven months have been an incredible opportunity to grow professionally while serving this quiet little community.

One of the things I enjoy most about my job is building relationships with our residents and helping future residents find a place they’re proud to call home. Whether it’s greeting someone with a smile, lending a helping hand, or simply stopping to chat, I believe those everyday moments help make Lavinder Lane feel like more than just an apartment community and help make it feel like home.

If you’ve visited the clubhouse, you’ve probably noticed the family photos in my office. I love talking about my wife, Shawna; our son, Braedyn; my nieces and nephews; and our miniature poodle, Flint. You may have also spotted the guitar sitting in my office. One of the questions I hear most is, “Do you play?” The answer is always yes! My Papaw taught me how to play when I was nine years old, and it has become one of my favorite conversation starters with residents and future residents alike.

Lavinder Lane may be one of the smaller communities in our company, but it has a big heart. I’m thankful to be part of it and honored to serve as the Property Manager here. I look forward to continuing to build relationships, supporting our residents, and helping make this an even better place to call home."
