Not everything can be seen with the naked eye.

This thermal image highlights temperature differences that could indicate hidden issues behind walls, ceilings, or around components in a home. That’s why thermal imaging is one of the tools we use to help uncover concerns that might otherwise go unnoticed.

Just because something looks professionally installed doesn’t mean it’s installed correctly. 🛠️

During a home inspection, we’re looking for more than obvious issues. Sometimes the biggest concerns are hidden in plain sight.

In this photo, the water heater’s Temperature & Pressure Relief (TPR) valve has been connected to a discharge pipe that is too small for the job. The TPR valve is a critical safety feature designed to release excess pressure and heat from the tank. If that pressure can’t escape properly because the discharge pipe is undersized, the results could be dangerous.

A problem like this is easy to overlook, even for someone familiar with construction, because everything appears neat and well done. That’s why a thorough home inspection matters.
Safety issues aren’t always obvious—but they’re exactly what we’re trained to find.

🔦 Out of sight doesn’t mean out of mind.

This damaged ductwork was hidden in the crawlspace, quietly wasting conditioned air and reducing efficiency.

That’s why we go where most people don’t.

🚨 A simple filter change can make a big difference! 🚨

This is a real filter we came across during an inspection. When filters get this clogged, your HVAC system has to work much harder to move air through your home.

A dirty filter can lead to:
✔ Reduced airflow
✔ Higher energy bills
✔ Increased wear and tear on your HVAC system
✔ Poor indoor air quality

Changing your filter regularly is one of the easiest and least expensive ways to help protect your heating and cooling system.

When was the last time you checked yours? 👀
