We had our 5th year Bean Bag Tournament yesterday again at BG’s in Mt.Iron. It was another successful year. This year we raised money for all of the Range’s local food shelves. We will announce that on another day. Fun was had by all. We even had several Minnesota Board Members come attend. The winners were Dan and Rani. 2nd place was Vickie and James. The weather was perfect! Thank you to all who donated and thank you to BG’s for donating our lunch! 🤗

📢 Important update for real estate professionals:

On March 19, 2026, a federal court vacated FinCEN's Residential Real Estate Anti-Money Laundering Rule (previously in effect as of March 1) — eliminating mandatory reporting requirements for all-cash transactions involving entity buyers such as LLCs, partnerships, and some trusts.

FinCEN has publicly confirmed the rule will not be enforced. As a result, MNR's "Notice Regarding Federal FinCEN Reporting Requirements" disclosure form is no longer necessary for any residential transaction.
