At Homes by Ann and Dana we purchase homes that have been left in the last century and we give it a make-over from top to bottom to create a one-of-a-kind home that you won’t want to live without. Each space we work with has it’s own distinct character and our goal is to maximize that potential, giving our homes those unique touches that you can’t find in other houses.

I got this beauty at the Terre Haute Lowe's for $50.00!!!!!!! A customer ordered it and it didn't work out! It was $369.00 originally. Yippee for me!

This house I posted yesterday is in Terre Haute. 815 Grant St. 47802. We are going to rejuvenate it. We will be renting this property. I can assure you it will be as beautiful as the properties that we sell. I know what your thinking, “why it’s just a rental”. I honestly don’t like those words! You see when I was growing up my mother raised 6 children by herself. Do you think she could afford to buy a house? That’s right she could not, we obviously rented. Needless to say we lived in some “challenging” rentals. As a child growing up, I knew I would not live in one of “those” homes!
Fast forward today! We actually own our home and we own a few rentals. My point is this, home is one of my favorite words! People deserve clean loving homes no matter what. I know what some of you are thinking, renters don’t care. Your right some do, some don’t. However, we have been incredibly lucky with good people living in our sweet homes. (Notice I didn’t say renters).
I love the sweet little cottage in Terre Haute and I can’t wait to show everyone more as we start! Thanks for all your support at Homes by Ann and Dana.
