What’s happening in the market? Here’s a quick snapshot:
📍 Median home price: $975,000 (-1.4% from last May)
📍 Median condo price: $540,000 (-5.3%)
📍 New listings: 4,429 (-9.7%)
📍 Homes sold: 2,074 (-4.9%)

So what does that mean? ➡️ We’re seeing a bit of a slowdown compared to last year, with fewer homes hitting the market and fewer sales overall. Prices have softened slightly, but they’re still holding relatively steady.

For buyers, this could mean a little less competition and more room to negotiate. For sellers, pricing and presentation matter more than ever.
