New grant program for first time Home Buyers!
The new "MassDreams" program will be officially launched though Mass Housing on September 12th. It provides a $50,000 grant to first time home buyers up to 100% Area Median Income, and $35,000 for up to 135% AMI.

***No re-payment is required, even on re-sale!
Requirements:
*Needs to be a first time Home Buyer.
*It can be Conventional or FHA.
*It needs to be the borrower's primary residence.
*It can be combined with MassHousing down-payment assistance.

*You can buy anywhere in the State of Massachusetts, provided they are CURRENTLY living in one the communities deemed to have been "disproportionately impacted by Covid."
The list of eligible cities and towns includes:
