We’re glad the community enjoys spending time at our pond – fishing, relaxing, and making memories. But please remember this is private property, not a public park.
Unfortunately, we’ve seen a growing amount of trash, debris, and damage to the stones and landscaping. This hurts the pond and makes it unsafe and unpleasant for everyone.
When visiting, please:
• Take all trash and belongings with you.
• Respect the stones and landscaping.

If the property continues to be disrespected, we will have no choice but to post No Trespassing signs and close the pond to public use – something we would rather not do.

Let’s all do our part to keep this a clean, safe, and enjoyable space.

Looking for something to do? Our Art Snacks box is full of supplies for creative activities and summer fun! We'll be re-stocking the box with new materials and activities for you to take home throughout the summer, so make sure to take a look inside when you pass by our front doors!

The Parkside Complex is owned by GEC Real Estate at Parkside and is private property. We love sharing our property with the community. Unfortunately, due to continued theft and vandalism, we may have to consider limiting access to the pond and surrounding area. This saddens us, but we are hopeful the incidents stop and everyone will be able to enjoy the area as intended.
