Tuesday's Market talk:

Check this out, homes in Tulsa Co. that closed in the last 30 days averaged 14 days on the market. When you look at the pending that number goes up to 20 days. This is showing things are starting to slow down but doesn't mean that your home won't sell, it just may not sell in 24hrs.

I say all that to say, it's still a seller's market, we still have a shortage of homes, and we need yours to help the market. OH, AND values have continued to increase which means your equity has only gotten better.

Check this out, back in March, the median home price in Broken Arrow was $336k w/ only 99 homes available. Now in August, the median price is $370K w/ 131 homes for sale.
