🚨Realtor advice PSA 🚨

In the past, I’ve seen and heard about multiple deals that fall apart over $1,000 or less.

So let me ask you this:

🏡 Sellers: Are you really willing to risk tens of thousands of dollars in equity over a $1,000 issue?

🔑 Buyers: Are you willing to walk away from a home that checks all the boxes over a few hundred dollars in repairs?

This is exactly why having a good Realtor matters.

You need an outside perspective. Someone who can see the big picture and not get stuck on the small stuff.

I completely understand—buying or selling a home is emotional. It’s not just four walls and a roof. Most people don’t do this every day, and it’s a BIG decision. High stakes = high emotions.
