Tonight, I’m heading home after a great Recharge meeting with my fearless leader Joanna Ford | Tulsa Realtor and some incredible fellow agents—and that Oklahoma sunset felt like the perfect reminder of why I’m so grateful for this journey.

It’s a lot more than opening doors! 😉

☀️ Start with quiet reflection — a little prayer, gratitude, and time to get centered before the day begins.

🏃‍♀️ Exercise — because taking care of myself helps me take care of my clients.

📱 Emails • Calls • Texts — answering questions, returning calls, checking in and keeping everyone moving forward.

🔑 Final Walkthroughs — one of those exciting moments when a buyer gets to see their new home one more time before closing.

📸 Schedule Photography — coordinating photos, drone, and everything needed to make an upcoming listing shine.

🏠 Show Homes — opening doors, touring properties, answering questions, and helping buyers picture themselves living there.

🔎 Coordinate Inspections — keeping track of inspectors, reports, repair conversations, and deadlines.

📣 Marketing — social media, advertising, networking, open houses, and finding creative ways to get properties noticed.

THE VIEW THROUGH YOUR WINDOWS 🪟

When we talk about the features of a home, we often mention the kitchen, the floors, the countertops, the fireplace, or the backyard.

But what about the windows?

Windows are more than glass and a view. They become part of the story of a home.

They’re where you watch the sunrise with your morning coffee. 🌅
Where you pause to take in a beautiful sunset. 🌇
Where you watch your children or grandchildren climb onto the school bus. 🚌
Where you see family and friends pull into the driveway. ❤️

🏡 THE MARKET HAS SHIFTED…AND THAT’S OKAY.

If you’re thinking about selling your home in Northeast Oklahoma or the Tulsa Metro, you may have noticed something different.

Homes aren’t necessarily selling the first weekend.
Buyers aren’t always competing with multiple offers.
And pricing a home high “just to see what happens” can cost you valuable time.

That doesn’t mean the market is bad. It means the market has changed.

For a while, sellers had the advantage. Buyers had fewer choices, homes moved quickly, and sellers often had more negotiating power.
