So excited for this wonderful couple. They just closed on their dream home in Taylor Ferry. He grew up spending his weekends and summers here, camping, fishing and enjoying the lake and now he gets to share this with his children. After a hard week of working in the big city of Broken Arrow, he, his wife and their 2 children will get to decompress on their little piece of heaven. Best part, their property has private access to the lake and a small apartment above their garage so they can host their friends and family. They are going to be so popular, maybe too popular? Haha, congratulations to to the newest homeowners in this area. Who's next?

Tahlequah has been selling homes. In June we had 22 new listings, 33 went under contract and 41 closed. The average price is $193.607 and the days on market is 19. What does that mean to you? It means, more homes are going pending and going under contract than we have new listings. It also means homes are going under contract in just a few weeks.
