🎉 Please Help Us Welcome a New Addition to Claremore! 🎉

We’re excited to introduce Genny Ulrey as our newest Escrow Officer at Titan Title Claremore!

Genny brings 20 years of industry experience, starting as a processor in 2006 and quickly working her way up to a closer within just a couple of years. She later served as a Closing Manager for nine years, building a strong foundation of leadership and expertise along the way. Throughout her career, she has handled a wide variety of transactions, including foreclosures (REO), short sales, commercial, builder, land acquisition, and residential properties, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the closing process.

Genny believes communication is key and takes pride in making sure clients know their file is being cared for every step of the way. With her experience, efficiency, and commitment to meeting — or beating — deadlines, she brings tremendous value to both our team and our clients.

We’re thrilled to have her experience on board in Claremore — welcome to the Titan family, Genny! 💙🏡

I like that it’s not run like a big corporation. It is more personable at Titan Title.

I read a lot and spend time with family.

You need to ask questions and learn everything you can. Don’t know unless you ask!

🔑Tell us about your city – why you love it. I live in Oologah. I like it because it is a small town.

Our Grove team keeps getting stronger — please help us welcome Robin Hodges as our newest Escrow Assistant at Titan Title Grove!

Robin brings an impressive 33 years of title and mortgage experience, with a career that started as a summer job at 17 and grew into working in every department of the industry — from abstracting and title insurance to processing, closing, and even managing a closing office for 23 years. Most recently, she gained additional perspective on the mortgage side, giving her a true full-circle understanding of the transaction process.

Known for her industry knowledge, problem-solving mindset, and calm communication, Robin loves helping clients feel confident and at ease throughout the closing process. She’s also a proud recipient of the Eagle Award, recognizing top escrow professionals.

We are beyond excited to have Robin’s experience on board as we continue building something special in Grove — welcome to the Titan family! 💙🏡🌊

🔑What are you most excited about working at Titan?
So excited to be back on the title & escrow side of things and using the knowledge I have obtained over the years. Looking forward to growing this branch and developing new relationships, both internal and external.

🔑What do you do on your time off? Hanging with Family and Friends for sure. I love the water, if I am not on the lake you will find me visitng my kids in FL looking for seaglass. I also have some special ladies I love to spoil at a memory care facilty where mom is placed. Most of my nights are there loving on these special ladies, doing activities and bringing good food!

🔑What advice would you give someone else in the industry?
Oh goodness, you will never be bored each file is different and you never stop learning. Always be honest, go above and beyond and always give support wherever needed.
🔑Tell us about your city - why you love it.
I absolutely love the small town feel and community. THE PEOPLE are so kind and from all walks of life.
