I’ve been getting a lot of questions about the Tulsa housing market lately, so let’s break it down!

🏡 How’s the market right now?
We’re seeing a shift to a more balanced market. Homes are still selling, but buyers have a little more breathing room compared to the frenzy of the past few years. Pricing right is key!

📉 What about interest rates?
Higher rates are affecting affordability, but buyers have more negotiation power. Plus, options like seller concessions and rate buydowns can help. And remember—you can always refinance later!

📍 Hot areas in Tulsa?
• Midtown (Maple Ridge, Florence Park) is always in demand.
• South Tulsa, Jenks, and Bixby are booming with newer homes and great schools.
