Not every closing is joyful — but every one is meaningful.

Last week I closed another home. I helped a widow sell the home she shared with her husband. It wasn’t easy. It wasn’t celebratory. But it was important.

This job isn’t just contracts and keys. It’s patience. It’s advocacy. It’s knowing when to talk — and when to simply listen. Helping someone navigate a season like that is a responsibility I carry with great care.

Grateful for the trust placed in me, especially when the moment is tender.

Yesterday I had the absolute joy of closing with Jake & Gillian — my dear friend’s daughter and her fiancé — on their very first home.

I’ve known Gillian since she was a little girl, so getting to walk beside she and Jake in this season hit a little different. Over the years I’ve helped her grandparents and other family members— and all those connections are part of their story too. It was heartwarming to envision them hosting their family and friends in their own home.💕

With a wedding coming up in March and a lifetime ahead of them, this home is where real life begins — morning coffee, busy days, big dreams, and everything in between.
Moments like this are exactly why I love what I do and why relationships matter to me so much.

So happy for you both and so grateful I got to be part of such a special day. 💕🏡
