o help borrowers buy property, fund a balloon payment, stabilize a property threatened with foreclosure or simply re-finance an existing loan. Because of our firm’s long experience in commercial real estate in Westchester, the Bronx and the surrounding NY Metro Area, we understand the current market and are poised to make fast decisions on loans backed at least 30 percent equity.
