This is what I’m really doing at every showing.
Comment START and let’s find your next home in Southern Westchester, NY.
Buying a home in Westchester isn’t just about walking through the front door and deciding whether you love the kitchen. It’s about having someone in your corner who’s been through enough transactions here to know what to look for, what questions to ask, and when something deserves a closer look.
The water stain you didn’t notice. The basement that smells just a little too damp. The retaining wall that may become your problem. The renovation that looks beautiful but may not have permits. The taxes that change the affordability equation. The floor plan that works for you now but could make resale harder down the road.
And then there are the things you can’t always see inside the house: the block, the commute, the neighborhood, the school district boundaries, and how one street can trade very differently from another just a few blocks away.
I’ve been through it enough times in Pelham, Larchmont, Bronxville, New Rochelle, and across Southern Westchester to know where to look and what to ask.
My job is to keep you out of the wrong home just as much as it is to help you get into the right one.
If you’re considering a move to Southern Westchester, relocating from NYC, or finally ready to find the home you actually want to live in, this is what working with me looks like: thoughtful, protective, strategic, and always in your corner.
Whether you’re curious about the Southern Westchester real estate market, trying to figure out which town fits your family best, or wondering what you should actually be paying attention to when you start touring homes, let’s talk.
