Since 1979, the Landes family has owned and managed commercial properties in New York and New Jersey. and diversified the company from an owner/property management firm into a full-service brokerage company. Over the course of David's career he has developed extensive relationships with both national and regional retailers expanding into the northeast. David

has over 25 years of experience completing retail and office transactions in the tri-state marketplace for both tenants and property owners. In addition to tenant representation, David has served as leasing agent for numerous prominent owners of retail and office properties. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Boston University and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Westchester County Board of Realtors. David is also a licensed real estate broker in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. He resides in Scarsdale, NY with his wife and three children. Jeff Kintzer, Principal
Jeff has an extensive background in all aspects of real estate marketing, leasing and contract negotiation. He has worked closely with many national and regional retailers including Wal-Mart, Shop Rite, Macy's, The UPS Store, Tengda Asian Bistro, Just-A-Buck and Angel Tips Nail & Spa. Since 1998, Jeff has brokered over 500 transactions throughout the tri-state area and has consulted on 125 "store within a store" leases throughout the country. From 1994-1997 Jeff held the position of Director of Leasing for Macy's where he was responsible for leasing nearly 800,000 SF throughout the east coast. Jeff has received an MBA degree from the Stern School of Business at New York University and an undergraduate degree from Boston University. He is a licensed real estate broker in New York and Connecticut and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Westchester County Board of Realtors. Jeff resides in Bedford, NY with his wife and 2 children. Farron Roboff, Senior Vice President
Farron began her retail career as a site selection analyst. After various research positions she moved to retail real estate and continued her work in strategic analysis, concentrating on new and expanding retail businesses, while adding transactional experience. After determining where and how many stores should enter a market, she would find sites and negotiate the business terms for retailers that included Hallmark Cards, CVS, KB Toys, Linen’s N Things and later, Sleepys, SuperCuts, GameStop and Starbucks. She also has experience in dispositions, negotiating the sale and give back of leases for Thom McAnn and Woolworths in New York City. Farron has a BA in Geography from CUNY and a MA in Geography from Clark University. She is a licensed real estate broker in New York and Connecticut and holds a sales person license in New Jersey. She is also a longstanding member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Farron is an “empty nester” and lives in Tuckahoe NY with her husband. Scott Meshil, Senior Vice President
Since joining Royal Properties in 2003, Scott has been actively involved in our continued growth. He has secured multiple shopping center exclusives and tenant representation assignments. Some of Scott's recent retail clients include such companies as AutoZone, Snip-Its, MTA, Popeye's Chicken & Biscuits, Life Uniform, Hallmark, Domino’s, Kumon Math and Reading Centers, and White Castle. Scott has also played a key role in our ongoing expansion into office and warehouse leasing including Landlord and Tenant representation for clients such as Simone Development and Prestige Delivery. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Degree from Northeastern University and is a licensed real estate salesperson in New York. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Scott was born and raised in Westchester County, NY where he continues to reside with his wife and two children. John began his retail career as an assistant buyer in Chicago for Sears Roebuck & Co. After various marketing and merchandising positions, John decided to utilize his background to strategically place retail tenants in the most desirable locations in malls, strip centers, and storefronts. His knowledge of demographic modeling and consumer behavior have been key to his clients’ success. Since 1991, John has focused his efforts on developing relations throughout the Westchester, New York marketplace. John has completed transactions with a wide array of retailers including Walgreens, CVS, PC Richards, Ford Motor Company, Family Dollar, KFC/Pizza, Aaron Rents, and STS Tire & Auto Centers. John has a BS in Business Administration from Manhattan College. He lives in Pelham Manor, NY with his wife and two daughters. Jeanine Kemm, Leasing Specialist
During Jeanine’s real estate career, she has worked extensively throughout NY, NJ and CT. She has signed deals with many national and local retailers including Big Lots, Party City, Eblens, Just-A-Buck, Miracle Ear, Liberty Mutual, Weight Watchers, Allstate and Batteries Plus. Jeanine’s responsibilities include retail representation, landlord representation and investment property sales. Jeanine hails from the public relations/communications field with over 15 years’ experience in the public and private sectors. She has appeared on numerous national and international newscasts and has experience in the promotion of high level political and issue campaigns. A graduate of Syracuse University and is a licensed salesperson in New York. Jeanine lives in Northern Westchester.
