Join us in welcoming [back] Kimberly Reyes to the F3 team as Director of Apartment Operations! Kim was previously with us for 7 years as a Senior Property Manager at one of our Class A high-rise condos in Downtown Milwaukee.

In her new role, she will be leading the F3 Apartment Division, partnering with property teams, ownership groups, and corporate leadership to build strong operations, develop high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional service to residents and clients.

It was a big week for our Marina Division at Beaufort Town Docks! The Big Rock Blue Marlin Tournament was a huge success all around and a record-breaking year with a 919.9-pound catch!
