She started the program working a full time sales job. She finished it investing full time with her husband. That is not a small shift.

Natalia came into the REIA Mentoring program with a few rentals already under her belt and the clarity to know what she wanted next: to learn how to flip houses and build something bigger. What she did not expect was how quickly the program would change the entire direction of her professional life.

Her first deal in Dineen Park was a property that could have gone either way as a rental or a flip. After working with her coaches she decided to use it as a learning experience, running a light rehab to build the hands on skills she would need for every deal that came after. Two brothers from Racine decided that wholesaling was only the beginning and they were right.

Ricardo and Sergio came into the REIA Mentoring program with something most newer investors spend years trying to develop: real hustle and hands on experience from years of working in wholesaling. They knew how to find deals. What they wanted was to learn how to flip them, and they were willing to put in the work to figure it out.
