People spend a lot of time wondering if they are ready for a mentoring program.
Here is what the first 90 days actually look like so you can decide for yourself.
In the first stretch of the program, students work through the foundational skills that every deal requires: how to analyze a property, how to build a realistic rehab budget, how to pull comps, and how to structure an offer that protects your margin.
You are not sitting in a lecture. You are working through real scenarios with coaches who have done these exact things in the Milwaukee market.
By the time most students are a few months in, they have walked properties, built scopes of work, and had their analysis reviewed by someone with the experience to catch what they missed. That feedback loop, having a coach look at your numbers before you commit to anything, is the part that changes how quickly people develop confidence and competency.
The program also connects you to the broader Milwaukee REIA community from day one, which means access to vendor relationships, lender connections, and a network of fellow investors who are moving in the same direction.
There is no perfect time to start. There is only the decision to start or not.
