Today we’re celebrating the two most important members of the Denali team.

Meet Zeus, Chief Barketing Officer, and Xander ( who may soon be promoted to) , Director of Drool & Distractions. Their daily responsibilities include:

✔️ Greeting everyone with a resounding bark or leap
✔️ Supervising absolutely everything, everywhere
✔️ Taking frequent ( nap) breaks
✔️ Accepting snacks as payment
✔️ Making sure no one works too hard ( see picture below!)

They may not know the difference between a buyer and a seller, but they sure know how to make people smile. ❤️

Life is full of little God winks, and this closing felt like one of them. ❤️

What started with a cheerful "Hola!" and often ended around a table full of food became so much more than a real estate transaction. My seller lovingly designed and customized this beautiful home, and when the time came to pass it on, the right person appeared.

As it turns out, the buyer and seller had crossed paths before, and once all the pieces came together, it just felt meant to be. He saw the vision and is excited to build upon everything created.

I'll miss walking into this masterpiece. Every time I saw the stained glass doves above the doorway, I smiled, knowing the love and peace within these walls would continue on.

Congratulations to both buyer and seller. Some homes are special, and some stories are even more so. 🕊️❤️
