Position Description
Position: Office Manager-Full Charge Bookkeeper
Hours: Full Time, Salaried
Reports To: Partners
CCA is looking to hire an Office manager/bookkeeper who will be responsible to handle a range of administrative, bookkeeping and executive support-related tasks, often working independently with little supervision. The manager will be a highly resourceful team-player, in a fast-paced environment, while remaining flexible, proactive, and efficient. The individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervise and assist the Administrative Assistant
• Perform deadline report filings and assist with Special Projects as needed
• Assist CCA Partners and Project Managers as needed
• Maintain client receivable files
• Keep accurate and up to date records on employees, vendors, certificates of insurance, and current contact info
• Assist in managing Healthcare Program and 401(k) Program
• Maintaining accounts payable, accounts receivable including certified payrolls, collections
• Reconciling general ledger and bank statements
• Preparing common financial and selected reports for CCA LLC
• Maintain insurance certificates and W-9 vendor information for clients and subcontractors
• Handle various insurance audits for general liability, professional liability, and workers comp.
• Working on special projects as requested
• Preparing bi-weekly CCA Payroll with Complete Payroll Solutions and administering 401K records
Requirements:
• Possess strong bookkeeping skills with 3 years min. experience, and be detail oriented
• Possess a courteous and friendly professional manner with 3 years office management experience
• Ability to work independently and in fast paced environment with multitask agenda
• Experience with BQE Enterprises-Core software (a plus), Microsoft 365 Office
• Proficient in internet navigation
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting or related field
Salary - $55,000-$70,000
