In the last month RADON and MOLD testing has been added to my services offered. One does not need to have an inspection to have the mold or radon test completed. These are individual tests that can be performed along side an inspection.

Wednesday In April

A home inspection and a radon test in Elkhorn, WI. today!

It was nice and sunny with a little breeze in the air. Got to love days like this!

I would recommend all buyers do a radon test to verify that the levels are not to high. Our winters are long which keeps our homes tight and closed up as a drum.

If you think your roof is steep and can’t be inspected- think again!! I’m drone certified and we can do an inspection safely from the ground with the drone capturing all the information.
