I've surprisingly had better luck hiring people on Linkedin than on Indeed.com, it's easier to use and I've gotten better applicant quality there. I've posted several jobs in the past 2 years and it's definitely been consistently true, which I didn't expect. Some tips for all of you: make sure you have a profile picture, make sure it's you (not a cartoon/ art of a person), and make sure to put your actual responsibilities/projects/accomplishments under each job you've had, it helps a ton when we're trying to determine what skills/experience you have as a potential job candidate.
