I designed this 684 unit condominium complex on a 30 acre site to include varied sized and shaped 4 story buildings to create interesting outdoor sculpted spaces. Also included in the design is outdoor parking, clubhouse, swimming pools, and various outdoor recreational and athletic facilities. There was an existing man-made lake on site prior to my design. The color key is as follows: red=buildings, blue=water, green=green space, orange=clubhouse.
