Yankton keeps growing, and housing is a big part of that story.
River City Flats is an 81-unit project in the works, designed to bring more modern living options to the community. What stands out most is how local this one really is — from the investors behind it to the subcontractors helping build it.

“This project reflects what can happen when a community invests in itself,” said Lane Warzecha. “From local investors to local Board Members, River City Flats is rooted in Yankton.”
