Progress is happening in Yankton, SD.

River City Flats is taking shape and we could not be more excited about what this development is going to bring to the community. 81 units across three buildings, currently four months ahead of schedule, and the first building opening in November. This project came together through a great partnership with local lenders and Thrive, Yankton’s local economic development group, and we are proud of what this collaboration has produced. Phase 1 is almost here and leasing is open now.

Last night, our team was proud to support Peaceful Pines Senior Living at Brookings as the Encore Sponsor of Downtown at Sundown.

Team members from across HME Companies and HME Care put on their green Peaceful Pines shirts and spent the evening connecting with the Brookings community, supporting our colleagues, and enjoying one of the community's favorite summer traditions.
