Affordable Community Living
Sloan & Wood Holdings, LLC was created to provide affordable living within the Jonesboro community. Currently with 32 completed units and several others being developed as you read this. Each of our buildings, or units, contain four one bedroom apartments. Several of the buildings offer different features. We have some with carpet, tile, or acid stained concrete. The prices depend on this as well as the size of the units and all range from $600-650. Another amazing offer we give is all utilities (up to $75), aside from cable and internet, is included in the monthly rent. Also all appliances are included, along with a washer and dryer. This means one bill for everything! We offer 6 month leases on each of the apartments, and active military and police discounts. Our rent is due on the 1st and with a grace period, late fees are applied after the 5th. We do also offer an opportunity for ONE pet to live in the apartments, with an additional deposit. The only thing we require to get you approved is an application, background check, credit check, and two recent paycheck stubs. Deposits vary by unit, as well as pet deposit varies by weight of animal.
