We have been notified by AT&T that certain internet customers within our community will be affected by upcoming service changes.

AT&T is retiring older internet services and transitioning customers to fiber internet. Residents who are currently using an affected service must contact AT&T before June 23, 2026, to avoid a disruption in their internet service.

According to AT&T, eligible residents can be switched to fiber internet at no additional cost.

We have recently received reports of vehicle break-ins within the community. While we are committed to maintaining a safe environment, residents can play an important role in reducing the risk of becoming a victim.

Please remember to:
🔒 Lock your vehicle doors every night.
💼 Remove or hide valuables, bags, electronics, and other items from plain sight.
💡 Park in well-lit areas whenever possible.
🚗 Double-check that windows are fully closed before leaving your vehicle.

If your vehicle is broken into, please report the incident directly to local law enforcement as soon as possible. Police reports are essential for documenting crime trends and assisting with investigations. After contacting the police, please notify the leasing office so we can remain informed of any incidents occurring within the community.

Dear Residents,

We wanted to provide an update regarding the pool opening.

Unfortunately, we experienced multiple delays due to receiving the incorrect replacement part for the pool equipment on two separate occasions. The correct part was finally delivered this weekend and has now been installed.

Our maintenance team is currently working to complete the necessary pump repairs so that the circulation system can operate properly. Once the repairs are finished, we will need time to clear and balance the water before scheduling and passing the required state inspection.

The pool cannot be opened until all repairs are complete, the water meets health and safety standards, and we receive approval from the state inspector.

We understand this delay is frustrating and appreciate your patience as we work through the final steps to ensure the pool is safe and compliant for everyone to enjoy. We will provide another update as soon as we have a more definitive opening timeline.
