P & F wanted to stay in the neighborhood they've been living in for the last 10 years. They wanted a garage, home offices and newer construction in a single family home. They didn't want a big lot to maintain and 8 Gardner ticked off all of the boxes. Couldn't have happened to a nicer couple. 🏡🏠🏡🏠🏡🏠

Grateful.... Juanye is the best, he was prepared and knew the right questions to ask. He stayed curious and calm even after deciding to walk away after a questionable home inspection. He ended up purchasing a condo in a brand new project on the edge of the Seaport District so he can walk to work. So happy for him!

Brand new construction in Southie. Our buyer can now walk you through work in the Seaport and spend less time commuting. Igor Burlak - Real Estate and I met J at an open house and he asked us to guide him through the first time home buying process. He was a joy to work with.

Team work! and I worked with our buyer J for a few months while he searched for the perfect home. The first try in JP had a major flaw after inspection so we kept looking. This brand new construction building in Southie was the right fit. J can walk to work and has a private patio.

I could not be prouder of these 2. E and A made 5 offers before finding this home and making a 6th attempt. There were 10 offers on this house and we finally won. It's been tough on these first time home buyers but as I told them, they worked like a power team and supported each other during some very tough losses. A true test of their relationship and resilience. It's got a lot of what they wanted but who knew an adult tire swing in the back yard (not pictured sadly) was essential to good living? Often I work with tall people like this guy! He stepped into the shower of every house we looked at to make sure he would fit. If it's a low ceiling we leave fairly quickly. Not much you can do about that! But one could raise the shower head if there's space. Luckily these first time home buyers are closing on their first home on Friday.
The other photo is of a closet that the current occupants made into an office, complete with lighting and art on the wall! They have a keen eye for space and this was a bit of a shock when I slid back the door!

Home inspection with 8 Points Home Inspection at The Lawrence in Southie. New construction, not quite finished but almost there. Teaming up with Igor Burlak - Real Estate to help our buyer lock in a beautiful 1BR in an A++ location! The building is located on a former horse stable that pulled the fire equipment for emergencies back in the old days, hence the mural in the lobby.

JUST SOLD - 9 Pearl St Walpole - We saw this house on Easter weekend after it had come back on the market for the second time. That means 2 buyers had backed out. This can cause fear among new buyers coming along but the seller had done a ton of work and we had a clean home inspection. Buyers have already moved in and are happy to have gotten this beautiful home with everything they were looking for.
