P & F wanted to stay in the neighborhood they've been living in for the last 10 years. They wanted a garage, home offices and newer construction in a single family home. Grateful.... Juanye is the best, he was prepared and knew the right questions to ask. He stayed curious and calm even after deciding to walk away after a questionable home inspection. He ended up purchasing a condo in a brand new project on the edge of the Seaport District so he can walk to work. So happy for him!

Team work! and I worked with our buyer J for a few months while he searched for the perfect home. The first try in JP had a major flaw after inspection so we kept looking. This brand new construction building in Southie was the right fit. J can walk to work and has a private patio.
