Finding the Perfect Condo in Coolidge Corner.
Helping buyers find the right home is always satisfying, but some experiences truly stand out. Recently, I helped my out-of-state buyers purchase a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo at 30 Stearns Road without them seeing it in person!
They were looking for a condo in an elevator building with garage parking, central AC, in-unit laundry, a balcony, extra storage, and a reasonable condo fee. This 1,450 sq ft unit had it all, but inventory is limited, so we waited two years for the right listing.
Because I have sold multiple units in the building, I was able to guide my clients with every detail and uncover important information about a special assessment. With that knowledge, I negotiated the price to protect my buyers’ interests.
When they saw the condo, they were thrilled. It was even better than expected!
