Hey TLN! Have you seen the river otters playing in the pond? Over the last few days we've seen THREE otters playing and feeding in the water just outside the TLN Clubhouse.

This is the first time our staff has seen them and they are very active and amazing swimmers. If you'd like to join us in the clubhouse for a cup of coffee and some otter viewing - now is the time!

Do not approach or feed the otters! They have plenty of food and have been seen feasting on the fish in the pond. Come to our clubhouse and check em' out!

Attention: the TLN office is currently without phones or internet. Xfinity/Comcast is working in our area and we are told we may not have service at all today.

Twin Lake North would like to wish our Housing Specialist Leilani a very happy 1st Anniversary with TLN! Thank you Lani for your hard work and humility. One well known fact; Lani is a massive Harry Potter fan! People love working with Leilani, and we do as well!

Jay S. is celebrating his first anniversary with the Twin Lake North Maintenance Team! Jay's favorite part about working at Twin Lake North is being close to the wildlife preserve.

Jay loves to get out and enjoy what life has to offer. In his free time, you can see him working out. He loves camping, hiking, and just being outside in general.

Hey TLN! We recently acquired a copy of a great book that speaks mainly to children, sports lovers and inclusion in schools. We encourage everyone to stop into our clubhouse and read “The Right Thing To Do” by local legends Joe Schmit and Minnesota Twins’ own Hall of Fame 2024 inductee Joe Mauer!

The book will be available here at Twin Lake North through the minth of April. Afterward we will be paying it forward and donating the book to a school on our area.

Hello TLN and friends!

On Tuesday, April 1st, TLN Residents will be heading over to ShowPlace ICON Movie Theater for $5 Movie Day.

Transportation will be provided and will pick people up from the clubhouse located at 4539 58th Ave N at 11:30 AM to arrive at the theatre by noon.

Hello Twin Lake North Residents and anyone stopping through!!

TLN is a proud community that hosts weekly events for its residents as a way to bring the community together and create a sense of togetherness.

This Wednesday we are hosting Bingo & Snacks at 4 PM. You can bring your friends and family members too!

DIY Craft Day has been rescheduled to Friday at 3 PM, and we are making DREAMCATCHERS! Signup is required for this, so please call the office to reserve a spot! This is one of my favorite activities here at TLN. It gives everyone a chance to bring out their creative side.

Dear Residents,

On Monday 12/23 and Tuesday 12/24 we will be plowing zones 1 and 2 respectively, and all vehicles parked outside must be moved to avoid towing!

Monday - Zone 1 plowing starts at 7:00 am.
Tuesday - Zone 2 plowing starts at 7:00 am.

Attached is a flyer showing each zone.

MONDAY DECEMBER 23rd: Zone 1 is all outside parking spaces from 4500 through 4550. (Move any vehicle parked outside to zone 2 by 7:00 am)

TUESDAY DECEMBER 24th: Zone 2 is all outside parking spaces from 4552 through 4590. (Move any vehicle parked outside to zone 1 by 7:00 am)

Vehicles left in zones during plowing are towed at the expense of the owner. Again, we work hard to notify residents so vehicles are moved to the correct location. It is always the responsibility of the resident to move their vehicle(s), and any visitor vehicles as well. Staff will not contact residents individually prior to towing vehicles.

Lastly; if you see your caretaking staff please thank them, as they did an excellent job with this snow fall!

My time at TLN has been exceptionally fulfilling, and I will miss the people I have worked with during my tenure. It is vital to remember that our community's unity relies on our collective contributions. Keep shining TLN family. ✨️ Remember it's all about Unity in our community!

TLN NATIONAL NIGHT TO UNITE!
We had a nice time the Brooklyn Centwe and Brooklyn Park Police Departmens ,BC Fire Department, Sheriff's Department, Brooklyn Center Community Center Head Administrator and City Council Representative came out played with the kids and mingled with the adults, we did 3 legged races, tug a war and more. If you didn't come you missed out, hope to see you next year!!
