Finally got to visit my friend's restaurant, close to bk museum and bk botanical garden. The smoked salmon salad, chicken & bruschetta crepe, dark chocolate crepe with ice cream (capuchino, coconut, hazelnut and vanilla) n juices were super delicious, fresh and healthy. The ingredients are carefully selected for high quality. I was devouring the salad and crepe. They must be the best I've had. I also couldn't stop eating the capuchino ice cream, which can also taste like vietnamese coffee. The experience was extraordinary. We are so proud of our friend to provide his community with the option for yummy and healthy, powered food.
P.S. During the difficult time of the pandemic, Evan didn't lay off any of his staff. He instead tried to reschedule and give them part time work. His restaurant's turn over rate is definitely low for the industry. One of the staff spoke highly of him today during my visit. Such a great story that I thought to share w you all.
