Is the NYC real estate market heating up?
Yes, it’s ready, set & go!

February numbers suggest that momentum is definitely building
as we head into spring…

In Brooklyn, the average sales price reached $1.55M, with the median price at $1.15M and almost 400 contracts signed showing an increase in activity compared to last month.

In Manhattan, the average sales price climbed to roughly $2.72M, and a whopping 758 contracts were signed, showing strong buyer activity despite the inventory crunch.

A few things we’re seeing:

•⁠ ⁠Prices are continuing to go up
•⁠ ⁠Buyers are back and ready to go
•⁠ ⁠Inventory remains tight, for now

Historically, the spring market is the busiest time of year in NYC real estate, and these early numbers are a positive sign of what’s ahead.

But then the landlord’s agent says: “You need to pay an application deposit to hold it.”
