A rare four bedroom rental was becoming available in Williamsburg. The landlord hired me to list the apartment, and within a week we had leases signed. My Full-Service Landlord Package always includes securing a current landlord reference and a full credit check to give my clients confidence. This deal was our second in the building and truly challenging in every aspect… we were tasked with selling an apartment *as-is* that had been on & off the market for three years with two other brokers, was streaked all throughout with marker drawings, had a difficult management company, closets filled with clutter, and had a broken custom door handle to close and lock the living room terrace door 🫣 A very excited couple scooped up this apartment after the first open house.. and this missing handle ultimately almost blew up the whole transaction.

With a lotta love from our virtual staging, magic eraser skills & a painting credit, and personally sourcing the handle from its distributor in Greece(!!!), we were the third and last brokers. 🔑
