Leadership isn't the mic. It's what the room does after you put it down.

At our 2026 Leadership Summit, the best moments weren't the speeches. They were the operators, service teams and regional leaders swapping what's working, calling out what isn't, and cheering loudly for each other.

In multifamily, strategy looks great in a deck. It only gets done on site, by people who feel trusted to do it. Our job as leaders is to build that trust and then get out of the way.

This is how we kicked off the summer.

When the Knicks won the championship, Rose Valley (and our CEO - who happens to be huge Knicks fan) wanted the team to have the opportunity to be part of such an unforgettable moment. For those who wanted to attend, Rose Valley made it possible to head to the championship parade and celebrate alongside thousands of passionate fans.

There was something special about standing together in our hometown, celebrating a once-in-a-generation moment as the New York Knicks brought the city together for a historic ticker-tape parade—the franchise's first championship parade in more than 50 years. The only thing better is working for a company that helped make it happen!

At Rose Valley Capital, we believe the best teams celebrate wins together, support one another, and take time to appreciate moments that bring people and communities together. That same spirit of teamwork, passion, and pride is what drives us every day.

Here's to a summer that started with hometown pride, unforgettable memories, and one incredible team—both on the court and in our office.

Team Member Spotlight - Meet Joe!

Joe Pistorius is an Asset Manager for Rose Valley, overseeing the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic North, and Southwest portfolios. He brings an expertise in driving operational performance and portfolio-level strategy across multifamily assets. Joe oversees portfolio operations, guiding capital expenditure initiatives, managing investor reporting and relations. Joe excels in mitigating financial risk and maintaining disciplined, conservative underwriting standards, while ensuring each asset remains aligned with long-term objectives.

Prior to joining Rose Valley, Joe served as an Asset Manager at LSCRE where he oversaw approximately 3,500 multifamily units across Texas. He additionally directed the firm’s affordable housing vertical, ensuring compliance across the portfolio and supporting acquisition efforts with operational insights, strengthening business plan development.

Joe grew up in Phoenix, AZ, and brings the same discipline and endurance from long-distance running into his professional life. He previously completed the NYC Marathon, and is excited to run it again this year.
