We’re excited to introduce Talia Fiorentino, who joined Rose Valley earlier this year as our IT Project Manager! Since coming on board, she has already made a meaningful impact across the team. ✨

In her role, Talia leads the planning, coordination, and delivery of technology initiatives that support seamless operations and drive value for both our internal teams and the communities we serve. Passionate about improving how organizations work, she excels at aligning systems and processes to increase efficiency, clarity, and collaboration. Through thoughtful ex*****on and strategic problem-solving, Talia helps streamline workflows and strengthen overall organizational performance.

Talia brings nearly a decade of industry experience across a variety of dynamic environments. She spent eight years at Warner Bros., where she led major technology initiatives and developed automated workflows that enhanced collaboration, improved efficiency, and created scalable operational processes. Her background in business systems analysis, IT project management, and process optimization brings valuable expertise to the Rose Valley team.

A proud New York native, Talia loves taking advantage of everything the city has to offer while also making time to travel and explore. During the winter, you can find her skiing throughout the Northeast, and in the summer, camping under the stars.

Team Member Spotlight - Meet Donny!

Donny is the Director of Acquisitions at Rose Valley Capital, guiding the firm’s multifamily acquisition activities across the United States. He is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and negotiating asset and portfolio acquisitions.

Prior to joining Rose Valley, he held a role in Portfolio Management and Strategy at Urban Edge Properties (NYSE: UE), overseeing value creation opportunities for a 16 million square foot portfolio of retail properties. He began his career in Real Estate Advisory at PwC and EY, executing real estate engagements related to valuation, transaction lifecycle, asset and portfolio diligence, and development advisory.

Donny currently lives in New Jersey with his wife and their children. He is an avid NY Mets fan, newspaper reader, and enjoys a good bagel.
