41 DAYS UNTIL THE ELECTION!
๐ข Vote YES to Repeal the Point of Sale Ordinance! ๐ข
We know the ballot language can be confusing, so hereโs what it means:

A YES vote REPEALS the Point of Sale ordinance.
โ A NO vote keeps the Point of Sale ordinance in place

๐ณ๏ธ Key Election Dates:
NOW โ Request your absentee ballot online or submit a paper application.
September 25th โ First day you can vote in person with an absentee ballot at your local clerk's office.
October 20th- Last day to register to vote online (After October 21st, you'll need to register in person at your local clerk's office.)

October 21st- Last day to drop your ballot in the mail (after October 21st, MichiganVoting.Org recommends returning your ballot in person.)
November 3rd- Deadline to vote in person with an absentee ballot at your local clerk's office, if you're already registered to vote where you live. (After that, you must vote at your polling place on Election Day.)
November 4 โ Election Day. Polls are open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

A YES vote REPEALS the Point of Sale ordinance.
โ A NO vote KEEPS the Point of Sale ordinance.
This ordinance makes buying and selling a home harder and more expensive for both buyers and sellers. A YES vote is the vote to restore fairness and protect homeowners!
