In my 50s, I’m thinking about strength a little differently.
Not smaller. Not faster.
Stronger.
I’m prioritizing protein and fiber, walking a lot, (trying to) sleep well and lifting weights consistently.
Nothing extreme — just steady.
Not training for a marathon. Just training for life. Strong feels good. 🤍

JUST CLOSED
Super excited for my seller clients who just sold their wonderful DUMBO loft. Having rented the property the year prior, they were ready to part ways with their chic 1BR plus home office with a little Juliet balcony. The purchaser loves the high ceilings, reclaimed wood, original steel silo accents and preserved elements like railroad tracks and cobblestone floors in the lobby. I am thrilled for everyone!
