I'VE GOT THIS." Heather McMaster has been selling real estate in Brooklyn for the past 21 years and has been the top salesperson in her office for over a decade. She has worked on more than 1500 transactions with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants, totaling over $1 billion in sales. For years she has been ranked one of the top three individual sales agents in Brooklyn and top 250 nationwide. A member of Corcoran’s President’s Council, Heather consistently ranks among Corcoran’s top 1%, company-wide. Her consistent track record of accurately and competitively pricing properties is illustrated by the fact that her clients consistently receive multiple offers for their properties, often selling well-above the asking price. A New Yorker for the past 26 year and a Brooklynite for 23, Heather cherishes the pulse and energy of Manhattan, but loves coming home to Brooklyn. She fell in love with Brooklyn during the summer of 1999 when she bought a motorcycle and joined a weekend riding club that introduced her to the borough’s beautiful brownstones, tree-lined blocks, and distinct neighborhoods. Heather’s own experience buying real estate has made her sympathetic to the importance of finding a broker who will ask the right questions and listen closely to the answers. Though real estate can be stressful, Heather helps her clients enjoy the process by being energetic, accessible, and attentive. She prides herself on the ability to create a seamless, no-stress transaction. She oversees a large network of “subcontractors”, so that her sellers don’t need to hire anyone but her. A natural people person with an extensive background in interior design, Heather is uniquely positioned to help clients prepare their homes for sale, whether it may be a 500-square foot studio or a 10,000-square-foot brownstone. Her beautiful staging empowers buyers to envision the aesthetic possibilities of their potential dream home. Originally from Minnesota, she moved to New York in 1998 to pursue a graduate degree in English. Her subsequent work in book marketing and publicity, and later in interior design, have been invaluable assets when it comes to marketing and staging properties. She is happily married to a wonderful Michigander. She has two daughters and an adorable Cairn Terrier. When not working in Brooklyn, she loves spending time with her family and friends at her house in the Catskills where she loves to hike, ski, cook, and explore.
