Those of you close to me know that my dad is in hospice and close to transitioning. Nurses say he has a few hours left… part of me wants to do nothing by CRY as I cannot believe I am losing my daddy here on earth in the physical form. I know his spirit will remain with me forever and live on forever. So, in this time, I prefer to smile and celebrate him! If anybody has a favorite memory about him or a funny story please do share…. Thank you! 🙏🏼 Prayers greatly appreciated!!!

Although today is the last day of Oct, young women facing breast cancer of ALL stages is 24/7.

Two Saturdays ago, I spoke as a panelist of experts representing at the created by the extraordinary . I spoke alongside my phenomenal surgeon, Dr. Deborah M. Axelrod, MD, Surgical Oncologist NYU Langone and

I was treated to a host of other speakers such as and many other female powerhouses!! The amount of info I learned was seismic - cutting edge, hopeful and moving!

Key takeaways:

1. Be your own advocate
2. Trust your gut and listen to your body (because you know it best)
3. Check yourself
4. You are not alone
5. The current treatment options are extremely effective but MORE treatment options are still needed, especially for those with metastatic breast cancer!!

5 Under 40 funds medical, wellness, education and beauty services for women diagnosed with breast cancer under the age of 40 and/or those with BRCA. This org supported from diagnosis through treatment and now on to survivorship or as I like to say thrivership. I was so taken by them I became a brand ambassador. We receive new women daily and I just referred an 18 y/o without a genetic predisposition to cancer.

We may not have a cure today but funded support services and community are everything!

✨ Super excited to announce that I have partnered with a dear friend (and phenomenal agent) Debbie Zolan and formed The Zolan Rossiter Team at Compass.

🤝 Together we have 25 years combined experience in co-op, condo, townhouse resales, on-site new development and working with sellers, buyers, sponsors, developers, landlords and tenants.

We met over a decade ago when seated in adjacent offices while working at and fast became friends and collaborators. I joined in 2017 and Debbie joined a year later.

While working solo has been great, I’ve decided it was time to expand and partner with Debbie to bring more breadth and depth to my clients. We have recently added another agent and are in talks to bring in more.

We work in all of New York City but have a concentrated focus on Brooklyn. We are passionate about what we do and are committed to our clients and pride ourselves on our attention to detail, quick response times and ability to close deals within a tight deadline or under challenging conditions.
