Liz Galvin is a native New Yorker from Long Island. Liz has called Brooklyn home since 1997, having first landed in Carroll Gardens. She has lived in a myriad of neighborhoods over the past 24 years including Red Hook, Brooklyn Heights, Williamsburg, Kensington and Greenpoint and knows the borough like the back of her hand, blindfolded, backwards and inside out. She is always getting involved in c
ommunity events whether it's running the Annual Red Hook Barnacle Parade Raffle, organizing a two block long annual stoop sale or planning a Holiday Shopping Pop-Up in our local beloved Sunny's Bar! In her spare time she loves to listen to records, hang out and laugh with friends, take long walks and bike rides around Red Hook, travel (of course!) and most recently she is taking online watercolor and ink classes! In that capacity, she has handled countless rentals and closed sales deals (condos, co-ops, townhomes) throughout Red Hook, Brooklyn Heights, Bed-Stuy, Ft. Greene, Brooklyn Navy Yard/Clinton Hill and Flatbush to name a handful. Since breaking into sales in 2017, she has closed over $8 million in sales. Her interest, love, and appreciation for architecture, design, the people of Brooklyn and the borough as a whole is something that sparked nearly 2 decades ago and shows no sight of dimming. Liz was most recently an agent with Ideal Properties Group for the past 8 years since earning her real estate license in the beginning of 2013. She is also the sales manager for the Red Hook Star-Revue, a local monthly newspaper, handling advertising sales. She possesses a perfect combination of empathy, compassion, understanding, professionalism, knowledge and the actual ability to hear her clients and their needs. She operates with an impressive track record of return clients and client referrals.
