Each property listing is unique and based on our analysis of this property we came up with a plan to maximize this sale for our clients. To prepare this property to list we had them perform some minor repairs and brought in our staging team to bring the property to life. Staging allows potential purchasers to see the space in use and imagine themselves living in it more-so than showing a vacant building.

This preparation led to us receiving multiple strong above ask offers and a contract price over 10% above the asking price, which made our sellers very happy.
