Data Centers are hot topics and there's just not the evidence there to show they're as horrible as someone would have you think! Despite that, and no matter your stance on their development, or any development, for that matter, the letter of the law must be followed and trying to take a one-sided stance, in some instances, may prove futile without doing your homework. The fact of the matter remains that many individuals no longer want to maintain the agricultural exemptions of family land, and large developers have the capital to take them over. If you don't want to see development, then your fastest course of action would be to join forces with other groups of people, pool your liquid assets and start buying land yourself!

Property Taxes are ALWAYS a hot topic for the state of Texas, and while Texas remains a 2-legged stool revenue state, taking from only Sales and Property Taxes, many want to see Property Taxes go away. It's in our state constitution that we cannot ever have a State Income Tax, so what are your thoughts when it comes to the balance of our state's budget?
